Their follow-up, Minutes to Midnight, also had a successful release, reaching number one on the Billboard 200. They released their third album, A Thousand Suns, in 200. This album also had a successful release, and it was their highest-charting album until then. Their next release was Meteora, which was their first number one on the Billboard 200. This album also had a very successful release.
After their third album, they changed their name to Linkin Park. This name change is a play on the name of a park in Los Angeles, Lincoln Park.
The band is composed of four members: Brad Delson, Mike Shinoda, Joe Hahn, and Rob Bourdon.
